Haywood put out a 4.50 target on closing of DNS acquisition

Although the EV cash flow multiple they used is still very low. Slightly higher cash balance as well 72 million vs 65 millon so maybe another 6-7 million in free cash hit the balance sheet prior to start of LW drilling?

Looking forward to that 100 million dollar acquisition that generates so much cash flow the company is back to being debt free in 1 or 2 quarters.

happy to keep seeing the smaller non dilutive deals until then.
