Yes .... decent uplift today but no one will believe it until its announced.

it looks like price held here for financing if this stock breaks $5.00 then you know pop the champaign

down 20% from high of $4.73 a month ago will be very interesting if deal gets done at these levels or we see a jump back to this price days before announcing

I think you are on to something... but frankly I hope the share price doesn't matter and they don't issue equity along side an acquisition.

It's possible but I do t think so. Only one oil and gas stock was up north of 3% much less 5% today ... hint TNZ. The relative strength has to tell us something.
