Big ouch day! -10%. I know it's done great...will it continue higher?

The ASH2017 data is embargoed until Dec11th (date of presentation). I was hoping general positive days up until then, this may be a (big) blip but IDK. This stock seems to have the ability to move on most positive news, some biotech dont, ASH should be interesting.
