When I read it what stood out as a possible negative was the response in the intravenous group. 5 out of 18 with an "objective response" sounded a little low (and vague). But honestly I dont know whether this is above or below expectations ATM. The intratumoral stuff is exciting and shows the potential for the drug but the intravenous dosing needs to work for this to be a plausible drug ...more
