YES__The Dividend WAS CUT a LOT in Late 1999. Share Price Got HAMMERED For the Following MONTHS__Eventually SAGGING to JUST BELOW 10 Bucks for Most of a Week__Sometime Late January/Early February 2000__WHEN I JUMPED IN on MARGIN to Snag a TON of Shares__Which I STILL HOLD ALL of Them. https://www.cbc.ca/news/business/transcanada-stock-drops-after-dividend-cut-1.169193

TRP is planning on raising the dividend 3-5% each year on both of the new spinouts so thinking a cut is not a rationale likliehood. I bought in for the first time ever yesterday and bought more today. Didn't think the last three events should have brought the stock down (asset sale, force majeure & spinout news.) Expecting TC Energy to have torque when rate cuts start as they are interest
