TC SOBO Spin Off Valuations?

I am try to get my head around the SOBO spin off and the approximate share valuations for each.  Using yesterdays close of $62.65 at the .2 SOBO share per 1 TC Share it would price SOBO at $12.53 per share and TC at $50.12 per share.

In reading some analyst info in Forbes on this it appears they have some post spin off fair valuations for each.  In CDN SOBO is valued at $14.90 and TC at $63.40.  They currently have TC at $66.30 fair value. Unless I am missing something there seems to be some half decent upside to TC's share price post spin off.

Am I correct in this assement?  I am trying to figure out what to do with my TC Shares right now as I am sitting on a nice gain.  Right now SOBO doesn't interest me and I planned on possibly just selling them off once I get them and consider it to be a little profit taking while keeping my TC Shares.  I also thought about just selling all my TC Shares before the record date and buying back after, however this might not make sense.

I would love some thoughts on this.

I wrote Email to Investors department over 10 days ago, Havent heard a word yet This is my dilema now as well, should I sell now at $ 62 or so before spinoff, and buy later, According to your calculations which could be quite accurate, there may not be any financial benefits holding the TRP shares prior to spinoff, My shares are nicely up and I collected dividend, May be time to bail out and take

I just sold, basically to keep my taxes more simple and will reassess rebuying once both begin normal trading.
