SOBO DIVIDEND

Presentation shows Dividcend as 2.75 CAD.
That works out to 9.16%.
Seems unreal.

It is going to depend on what the shares trade at. I am not sure how you are trying to determine a share price. On the SOBO link I posted they also have a management information circular (477 pages) contains a lot of information. To save you some time.
