I would say Relax and let the dust settle. This is a first reaction. If you remember the start of Covid March 2019, I lost 60% of the value of my portfolio. Never panicked.

Four days after that intial scock, my portfolio started recovering. I am now uo 23% on my portfolio. This is a common market reaction and people taking  profits, Selling high and buying low. I dont do that because it would trigget a big CApital Gains. I just sit tight and all will be well in the end.

I have sat through 5 major downturns, Never bailed ship and came out way ahead. BTW I own 2 Banks and 3 pipelines....with dividends totaling a LOT......I mean a LOT.

As long as my dividends keep coming...who cares because we should be in the market for the long run, today is a small bump .

I own 21,740 shares of TRP. Do I panick.? Nooooooo

Really, check my post from yesterday. I Admit I did make a mistake in  one previous post, forgetting I had sold some shares of TRP, when I needed cash. Anyways learn to relax

Other than continually bragging about your share count what on earth are you blathering about?  Nobody is panicking.  Some clarity would be nice and this is a message board where people discuss things.

So the essence of my contributing comments is the market will have many up and downs. I have been through 5 major events the last 2 were 2008 and 2019 Do not sell  low when the market is tanking. Hang in there and you will do just fine. So if you read my message it is a positive one for people who are thinking of abandoning ship. As of right now the SP has recovered 59 cents from its low
