Worthless shares.

Time to clean the barn folks. The 'company' may have value, but that value is not embodied in the current share structure.

The currect shares are worthless, except to RIO who wants to control the company. But they know that the shares are worthless except as a paper instrument for legal purposes.

So, they hover and wait till the shares are ZERO

The solution: Restructuring proceedings or 20 to 1 reverse split.

You are right. That is the same numbers I came up with. That puts TRQ at $10-$12 CDN depending on how low the shares fall between now and the reverse split. But from, let's say $10 CDN, the shares will continue to slide till sub $1 again. At which point another reverse split. 1 for 5 at that point. That puts todays shares at less than a quarter penny.
