Valuation
Believe individuals suggesting valuation for TRQ , need to put more pen to paper. After 1 for 10 reverse stock split, 200,000 000 shares currently exist...Rio Tinto owns less than 51%..... If minority share holders were foolish enough to accept $100 per share, Rio's cost would be $10 billion, far less then cost of infrastructure.. If you participated in past stock sales which generated financial capital to build this infrastructure, you would realize the absurdity of Rio offer....It amounts to 20-30% of dollars invested by minority share holders, with no consideration for minerals in ground....... The mine value, based on measured, indicated and inferred minerals is easily work half a trillion in today's dollars, It should be understood, estimate is not net dollars; cost of goods, Mongolia 1/3 ownership, taxes, fees and salaries should be considered. Would you sell your house for 25% of what you paid for it 10 - 20 years ago.... Turquoise Hill and Rio Tinto Boards must be more realistic, or face class action in Canada, United States, England and Australian courts.... Their history reflects a lack of good corporate governance and failures to perform fiduciary responsibilities....The minority shareholders have not been represented. Thanks

I agree that the offer is definitely an extreme lowball bid, but saying that will not help the retail shareholders who funded TRQ's developement n are in very tight spot because 1) Rio own's 50+ of TRQ shares 2) control TRQ's board of directors. So if they are not forced into rejecting this bid, it will allow Rio to steal this company!!! UNKLAL
