Rio postpones proxy vote deadline to Oct 31 22 6PM EST
It would appear this proposed take-over is not going as Rio planned.
This extension reeks of a last ditched effort to swing a sizable shareholder's vote to Rio's favour.
This take-over is not Rio's first rodeo. So I wonder what other cards Rio still has up its sleeve?
I await this final proxy vote with much anticipation. Hopefully sooner than later
