This entire process is a circus.  Back room deals appear to be the order of the day.  No one drops a lawsuit unless they are assured some matter of compensation.  That in itself is ok if its a side deal and not connected to the share price but that doesnt appear to be the case. It is entirely wrong to solicit proxies on the understanding all minority shareholders will be in a similar position, then have a material change like this - a promise to pay out a base guarantee amount to some select shareholders?  A secret arbitration? The timeline is outrageous as well for non-registered small shareholders, many of whom don't even know there was a material change

Funny..........I added this am to my position and saw this pm it was up and sold it all,   and it closed down on heavy volume on the TSX.      Sounds like the Regulator Halt or Cease Trade story could be true!    If so,  then this could be one where the little guy wins,  for once.   Congrats to you all if so.
