Look at it this way

RIO pays $43 to 2/3 of minority and double to 1/3. Therefore cost is $57.33 per share which is approximately 10% over book and 33% over current offer. Seems acceptable to me.

Skip, I wish you well but I would take that opinion with a grain of salt. Pentwater has a separate action going in NY. They can take 'the same' as other dissenters on the dissent side and load up on the other settlement. TRQ won't even be a reporting issuer after the vote goes through.
