Question about Tanzanian

I stumbled across Tanzanian while trying to do some comparison work on another company that has about 2 million-odd ounces in the ground. I realize that the 2 million-odd ounces doesn't include the 635,000 inferred and the exploration upside.

Here's the question: how much of this Buckreef project does TNX own? I see reference to a joint-venture partner, STAMICO, and some penalties paid to them, but I can't find at first look what is the breakdown of ownership. Anybody here know?
