Is anyone voting to accept the $5. offer?   I'm not.   What happens if this doesn't get shareholder approval?

why would I wait for and vote to get $5. when I could sell right now for $5.54?

you have to ask to be paid in Air Canada shares :  $21.50 X .2862 = $6.15 (according to today's AC share price.

I'll definitely be voting NO!   @Insidersnoop, concerning the paragraph about ongoing concerns... This is our lousy management trying to get the deal done with AC at whatever price in order to get paid their generous package.  These guys are complete sleeze bags... Recommanding the AC deal at 13$, when there was an open offer at 14$ that would have required a fraction of the

I also have not received anything.   I bought the shares through TD WebBroker.

Good luck with TD Webbroker customer service. I called one morning last week for infos regarding the deal using their phone line and waited 1h10min before finally hanging up.  I then wrote them an e-mail specifying in detail my request. They answered late the next day by e-mail saying that they could only do any changes by phone and asked that I call back, Wrote again

I want to vote NO but have never voted on line before, I tried to vote today on AST but was unable, would you please let me know if I have to wait until December 11th.  Many thanks
