Potential Transat shareholders

Would be grateful for some feedback.
Can non-Transat shareholders purchase Transat shares at this time or is there a cut-off date for that?

My understanding is "yess", you could still purchase TRZ shares at this time with the AC-conversion option - and until at least December 15th. The said "election date" is still to be defined (early 2021), and is conditional of the Dec 15th voting result - green light in favor of the transaction - or not.
