1st Quarter

Holding off to see 1st Q before deciding whether to buy more or dump the rest of what I've got.
Normaly I would have averaged down & bought more when they dropped down close to $3.00, but seeing the muted reaction by investors in 2022 after 3 excellent quarters, I've decided to hold off.

I see TMX Money has finally updated their site to include the 2 cent special dividend.
They changed it to 5 cents but were still calculating the yield based on 3 cents. Sent them an email & they recently corrected it.
At the current SP the yield is just over 6% .. of Canada's big six banks, only one has a dividend yield of over 6%.

The news today of Remy Stachowiak, COO being fired is unsettling. Now, I expect that Q1 to be a continuation of the Q4 ’22 poor financial performance showing lower gross profit and negative income. The departure of Mr. Stachowiak will cost $1.8 as a termination fee.   On the positive side, market conditions are improving. Curious that you use the term "fired" when it didn't exactly indicate that in their NR.

Seems  like  a cost   reduction  measure  as   the   CFO   will   in   addition   become  the  acting   CEO  as   well    at least   for  now.  Since   they  wished   him   well  ,  it   may ...more
