Trading below working capital

I've  done well in the past when I purchased companies trading below working capital, in a strong financial position, and strong cash performance. I see a similar pattern here.

The current market cap =~$84.9m
working capital =~ $88.7m
share price =~ $3.01

Book value =~ $128.1m
Bvps =~ $4.51

no debt - check
Fcf positive - check

bvps =~ $4.51

Book value per share 5 years ago was ~ $1.93
book value per share 10 years ago was ~ $ 1.14

Bvps in the last 5 years has a cagr of ~ 18.5%
Bvps in the last 10 years has a cagr of ~ 14.74%

Those are excellent numbers for comparative purposes. There is some significant potential buying shares at todays prices, imo.
