looks like Swine should explain to readers what exactly he/she/it means by his post:  "hostile" smells quite negative.   So it's not clear - he/she/it treats that as positive or negative???

DB I would suggest that the board is independent in that most of the board does not work for BNC. There is a difference between independent and effective, which I think is our problem. Graeme's master plan was that we would be selling econiche by now and that the 3B trial would have worked out. Had these worked the stock would be trading for 2.5 not .25. HT, you may very well be correct, I hope you are not.  I really hope that Graeme and all involved are able to keep their pride and personal feelings out of this. Graeme has much more at stake than just control of the company, he holds millions of shares, as current CEO he still has the responsibility to act in the best interest of the shareholders, company and (very important), the ...more

Frogger,  Good post except for your statement:  "I really don’t believe that the group led by Wells wants a huge disruption."  You really have nothing to base this belief on, and neither do I.  What if you are dead wrong?  You have no way of knowing what Wells' motives are, and we likely won't find out until this potential overthrow of the company is ...more

You are correct Tee, I have no way of knowing and most certainly could be dead wrong, it’s an opinion.  I don’t think anyone here has any line into the office of McRae or Wells, although that would be nice.
