Silvraline:    If I read your logic correctly... Bioniche, and their 23 cent share price, says that the shareholder request is illegitimate, therefore it is illegitimate. This is " new reality" is it?    Shucks, if the company were 1/10th as proficient at running a public company as they were at determining the validity of a shareholder revolt, we'd be 30 cents. &
