Okay. It looks like we now know where World War III will start. In Belleville Ontario, Canada. Belleville is part of Eastern Canada, however not in the middle.
Unless BNC takes a step back and obliges with their legal responsibility, we may have a bigger problem than we think. Ignoring the required request for a shareholder's meeting with some unclear technicality and then setting a date for a shareholders meeting appears which now apparently ceases the process, does indeed sound like a act of desperation.
We know that BNC shared some pertinent information with the GW group, and the GW group wasn't impressed, or does not trust the management, or both. There is no way a 6 million shares owner would put that $1 million plus investment at risk by challenging BNC unless they don't believe. GW may indeed be looking after their best interest, but by doing so, all shareholders (whoever has the bolls to stick it out) will also benefit from their actions. That $1 million investment could easily be $10 million plus, especially if Mr Wells was the beneficiary of the Fonds sell off.
I find this whole saga a bit suspicious. Eventually the truth will be known.
