Apparently the decision to sell Human Health is not one of the changes that GW had initially warned McRae and the BOD about.   If it is true that GW made recent overtures to Bioniche, that did/do NOT favourably compare with current offers, perhaps they (GW) should lay that card on the table and let the rest of us know what they were after, why they were after
