NR, thanks for opening my eyes!  Now I got it - we can NOT call Mr McRae 

a Fraudster and reason is very simple.  He WAS NOT OFFICIALLY CONVICTED

in the Court of law of committing FRAUD.  Me stupid clearly understands now. 

Lets just forget that Mr. McRae publicly took action (set up the date for AGM

6 months in advance, directly as a response to Special Meeting requested by Dissidents). 

 

Lets also forget that quite reputable legal professional Mr. Greg Gubitz

PUBLICLY called that public action of Mr. McRae/BoD a SHAM (Fraud). 

 

So, our in-house legal experts, considering the above, can we 

call Mr. McRae / BoD as    SUSPECTED FRAUDSTERS???

You can call Mr. McRae anything that you want to call him on this website. Just remember, you should seek legal counsel (costly, but not expensive) before you post anything possibly defames Mr. McRae.  Even if your post does not constitute libel, Mr. McRae could sue you for libel.  If he did, you would have to hire a lawyer to prove that you did not libel Mr. McRae.  That could be a ...more
