TELESTA THERAPEUTICS INC > Deadline - we got it all WRONG!

Deadline - we got it all WRONG!

Looked at this again - May 16th was an "old" deadline, was it?

And we do have in fact official SECOND REQUISITION.

So new deadline will be based on Second requisition.....?

Unfortunately it can be logical.  But G&W all along were insisting that the First one was perfectly valid....

So I guess the question is WILL THEY DEFEND THAT ORIGINAL May 16th deadline or just let it slip and go with new deadline based on Second requisition?

If it turned out to be the case , than I guess it would be a clear tactical WIN for Mr. McRae and his BoD.

G&W  by their "de Facto acceptance" will "confirm"  "validity" of deficiency statement from BNC.....

Oooooh Boy,  wouldn't look good,  this is all about reputation stupid.

LONG SUFFERING BNC REAL SHAREHOLDERS DESERVE BETTER THAN THIS SHOW.....  FROM ALL SIDES INVOLVED.

Chief, you are absolutely right.  It's not that difficult to see fuming frustration of  G&W  when we read their two requisitions and a response.  Graeme is EXTREMELY SKILLED in survival department. HE IS A MAGICIAN.  Apparently his lawyers are not the worst in the business either.  Of course it's obvious that the one and only reason, for Graeme to announce ...more

A poster much smarter than I,  told me about proxy protocol. Essentially GW will file a motion in court Monday to demand a special meeting of shareholders. Apparently courts of this nature work fairly fast and are geared toward taking care of the shareholder, not the Corporations. They should probably be granted a meeting, of which Graeme would have to call anyway because of the size of the ...more

Beech, I like your post and hope I'm not terribly wrong this time.   Mind you I went through the same feelings a few times in the past.  Really hope this time due to G&W can be a bit different. At least we should have a chance.   P.S.      Not quite sure though that we'll  "...... no longer a worry about cash probably ever again....." P ...more

Beech I would suggest that it may be Tuesday, Monday being a holiday. The only problem with buying more shares is that it is BNC, I am over my 5% allocation limit and having averaged down on Monday pretty much at my BNC max max limit. So if your not over weighted in BNC stock by all means buy more as it may be after 15 years of waiting the first time when BNC may have a higher ...more
