Bring on the Placement

It is becoming increasingly evident to me that  a placement (more than likely 100% friendly to the status quo) is on the way. The trading is screaming it.

 

Bioniche has always been the TSX's most pathetically traded biotech, hands down, but with all that is going on they  are setting a benchmark in futility I didn't even think they could hit. Short of you tube video of the signing of an AH sale or partnership, I am not sure anyone is going to believe.

 

On another note is McRae now turfing Rae as non-executive Chairman? Is he taking over the board again?

Pea... Right now priority one in B'ville is protecting the regime. If 8 million shares gets the job done so be it.   For every penny we move up voting strength for McRae and Co is diminished in a placement. But sit tight...they know what they are doing!   on another note someone mentioned Renmark earlier. What is their role know? Is it gauging interest/support for McRae and Co? It

If they had the audacity to do a placement now, with what we all know, that would be grounds for class action without a doubt. No chance, just got upgraded to a chance with that explanation. The only real way they could get away with it, is with Bioniche Therapeutic printing shares. Perhaps before a US listing. Any other way - class action. Thanks Zep - on the way to the cottage with

Beech...8 mil dollars, for all they have on immediate plate, seems like an innocuous number. But, as ridiculous as it is in reality, it translates into 25 mil shares. Slam dunk McRae and not a thing you can do about it!   Lets just hope that they can continue protecting shareholders from ourselves, the way they always have. Lord knows what we would do if given the right to vote on a level
