It's anyones guess. This is serious stuff. I'm sure there is much more to this than meets the eye. It's easy to be critical and critisize, (no matter which side you are on)    I am guilty of this myself. Thanxs Terr2. Since i am in a different time-zone it is sometimes hard to be behind the keyboard at times when it is important. So any ahead-warning would be great. Does BNC also has to show the judge insight in the 30+3 offers they have so the judge can determine what the actual current situation of the company is ? No I was not there, just drawing from past experience. If what you say is in fact true, there should be some kind of release saying so. Third party info is one worse that secound hand. Lets try not to speculate till we here.
