DB The issue was costs at trial not the big picture. If you focus on that issue Graeme won and GW lost. However, on a go forward basis GW went from "Who are these guys" to being a contender in a proxy fight on Nov 5, but that is a new issue not the issue of costs. So Graeme won the court battle but maybe not the war come Nov 5. But that is a new question not the one under
