Has HighTea been temporarily muzzled?

The August 6, 2013 prospectus for the $7.5m share issue says on page iii:

"Purchasers should rely only on the information contained in or incorporated by reference in this short form prospectus.  The Company has not authorized anyone to provide purchasers with different information."

So until the offering closes, HighTea can only quote from the prospectus but cannot interpret it in his post.  Maybe that is why he has been unusually quiet lately.

All or almost all prospectus contain boiler plate statements that include CYA statements. I doubt this one, written by lawyers and reviewed by another group of lawyers would be any different. With a 1M a month plus burn the 7.5M is an insurance policy against a long closing on AH. HT, I wish I had the faith that you do regarding Graeme's ability to bring Urocidin home.  If Graeme had put the same effort into performing his daily CEO duties that he has in protecting his company and position we would not be in this situation today.  In the case of GW, he went to professionals for help; hired lawyers to protect ...more

I agree, when Graeme says 2 years for Urocidin, expect at least 5 years, if then. Our only catalyst now is econiche(highly unlikely) or a WG takeover(somewhat unlikely). In other words, huge negatories for this stock unless they concentrate only on AH, sell off HH et al including the VMC, and dump all satellite sites and offices, but first bring in a new CEO, and BoD.
