If I were ever given the slimy job of "managing a bullboard"...............I'd identify an articulate, intelligent poster and stroke him and feed him until he became a recruit...whether he knew it or not.

You have officialy lost it! "Become a recruit whether he knows it or not"??? How stupid do you think I am?? I can assure you by forging relationships, I have learned many valuable things about this company that I wouldn't otherwise have known.  I have even met some I call friends from this BB.
