OldGuy, were you advised (in good faith, with your state of health at heart)  that you Really need to look for professional help?
Your state of mind in general and mental health in particular is of obvious concern.  You occupied the board with your endless posts of ridiculous things mixed with some kind of sense.....
in the end it's a complete and utter mess.
If you are around Toronto it does make perfect sense for you to drop in in CAMH and just check....  just in case.....  I've heard they have a lot of psychiatrists on staff there.
