This kind of self-destruction would not be tolerated in most business.  For us tho, it seems to be par for the course.   

I wish I was aware of how slow these people moved before dropping money down on them.  Live and learn.  :)

next time I will just donate to the WWF, and they can use my $ to protect the Three-Toed Sloth.

RB, I don't think you will see any of the deadlines set by the previous leadership met or even considered. To say the very least  it’s a pizz off, the past is gone and so have their promises. We are for the most part under new management so I hold them accountable for deadlines they established, at this point that = 0. I am hoping that the new leasdership come out with the new plan

 If you are talking about former management, not a chance. This question was raised at the AGM, Rae seemed adamant that going forward deadlines will not be missed. Berendt said he would rather not provide timelines, but will.  If their name is associated with a PR they own it and will meet it. That’s what good CEO's do. I still own this stock like many others

Frogger, the idea that deadlines will not be missed is admirable, but since the AGM, and including the presentation itself, we were told that binding terms for an AH would be in hand by mid November then Late November and now by the end of the year. I doubt that the new CEO was complicit in setting and then unapologetically missing any and all deadlines, as is the culture of Bioniche, but

Thanks Zep, I appreciate your comments. I would hope for the sake of our investment and the company that all deals / negotiations would have come to a halt when the new CEO started. Not to dwell on the past but we all agree that the previous management made some horrible deals and decisions. I just wish they would stop giving us deadlines. All have been white lies, IMHO,  intending to placate an already disgruntled shareholder.  .  Just a whitewash to keep the heat off of managment. Of course they know most of us are really stupid, so what else would a managment team lacking credibility do?  Lets hope berent and the new BoD are cut from different cloth.

Tyson, this highly anticipated upgrade to the current flop should be ready sometime in the Spring of 2016. I hear that cattlemen can barely contain themselves. It might seem mind boggling that Bioniche is allocating resources to upgrade a product for which there is no demand but they are. While I doubt that you could cover dinner for 2 at Swiss Chalet with the lifetime net sales of Econiche, they
