My target date for the sale is September.   I just don't see it happening before then.  I hope I'm wrong.  Hopefully they sell it before summer.   Best of luck.   We need all the help we can get.

Only chance September is AH sale is if Urocidin deal happens first. Chances of that are zero. One would assume it will be our next halt. Unless they decide to halt for their re-release of June 13 shareholder letter with Graeme's mug on it.

Agreed, but I thought the chances of missing THREE SELF-IMPOSED DEADLINES was also zero.   Now they have missed the latest date by almost a month and a half.  Remarkable, really.    Remember, we are dealing with extremely "special" people here.   If it took normal folks 6 weeks to accomplish something, it will take these people 36 weeks.  :).  It's

My target date for the sale is in early March. There were some last minute details to iron out but it shouldn't take much longer - might already be done by now. They had to release their quarterly earnings by a certain date as all companies must do it 4 times/year. Its unfortunate they couldn't have closed the deal to before the earnings release but it will get done then watch the stock
