The walls are narrowing in on the 34 cent mark..they don't want it above and they prop it up when it goes below. I'm very limited in my investment these days just watching more out of curiosity. I was just getting too angry watching them burn through my money as well as theirs...over promise under deliver is the BNC way.. BNC=Bio Needs Cash that has been a constant for the 8 or so years I have been invested. I just find it astonishing how they have managed to turn so much promise into a fire sale.. pathetic

Nice post Bail. When baking and shaking close to 70 MILLION shares via trade, option, and financing, you do need to start a small fire, think of it as bubba's oven.  This fact seems to be ignored by the "board regulars", it's penny stock 101.  the .34 shuffle simply maintains a market cap of sub 50MM which is just another handy tool to ensure you're ineligible

An addendum to your post schemer: around 70mm shares have traded hands since that glorious April day when fonds graciously handed over 8mm shares to our "white knights".  So trade, options and financing is more like 140mm shares.  Beech

They may as well not bother voting. If it is voted down we be in breach of the paladin covenant and basically give up a good chunk of urocidin. It will get ratified bank on it!
