I'm quite certain that the flucuation between .32 and .345 are all very normal, especially when you consider how tightly held and illiquid this stock is.

Remember that a sub 50MM does have it's advantages...very few can buy a stock in this neighbourhood, that would seem to exclude "select parties" and of course results in very fairly priced options and financings.
