I see the Vetoquinol release

on CNW but where is the Bioniche release? They seem quite happy about the arrangement and I am happy for them. They look like nice people and apparently Animal Health is a nice fit for them.

But is the 2 line statement by the CEO all that Bioniche have to say to shareholders? If all I were able to gross were 55 mil Canadian I might be embarassed and short winded about it as well, but I assume that we shareholders will here something before the circular justifying less than 2yrs revenue.

After commission fees and debt repayment they might net 3 mil, and probably half that after severance costs. Obviously we'll all have to vote for it as the contingency and plan B will be insolvency.

Great deal. I am glad that they were able to pull it together. We should all feel well rewarded for the 9 months of effort.

The only chance we have if we don't ratify this deal, is if we get a Urocidin partner before June 30th with a lot of up front cash (around 60mm!!) That isn't a dice roll I'm willing to take. At least now someone can make a rational decision based on what is in front of them. If you like Urocidin and think a partner is on the way, you buy or hold. If not you sell. Graeme's "Let ...more

absolutely, nobody shows and will show up ever with the last structure, this is lighter and easier to explain to your shareholders base why you want to buy BNC. Sell it!

I feel much better now that I sold 90% of my shares off over the last 3 months..I knew this was the way it was going down..it's the one thing I have learned about BNC over the last 8 years.. Expect nothing from them and you wont be dissapointed.

so let me get this straight....BNC had an asset generating $8 million per year in cash flow, but the company was spending $6 million per year in interest and $14 million per year in excessive spending/burning so was losing around $12 million per year in total. It has a very attractive phase 3 cancer drug with substantial upside, but had no way to get that drug to market because it had $60 ...more

- a couple of corrections on my post. the second paragraph was supposed to say in the last line that they would reduce all the debt and leave bnc with $40 million in cash, not reduce it to $40 million in debt. - the second last paragraph was supposed to say a %20 royalty not a $20 royalty. Last thought...AH did generate $32 million in revenue but only $8 million in EBITDA. that is a 25% gross ...more

Excellent analysis superstar. One of the few on this insane board that gets it ! This company is worth multiples of its current sp by the end of this year. The funds can clearly analyze this "less complex" company now and reward it appropriately. A few more events (gov't dismall of debt and pharma parnership) and we have an entirely new company. For those that are quick to writeoff ...more

Selling AH is the only thing they had that was profitable..still huge burn rate for vmc and quebec plant.. just no income anymore. you need to read up a bit before you shoot your mouth off as to who is who around here :).. P.S. I made about 300% with what I sold.. check MBX

Your post sounds reasonable, but your logic falls apart because we are talking about BNC
