grim grimmer grimmest

So:
Assuming we sell AH @ ~$60M, we'll be able to (sort of) pay off our debts. (I'm guessing there'll be little left of that money once all the advisors, consultants and lawyers are paid off.)

The VMC is being mothballed and awaiting sale, assuming there's anyone out there interested in it. I've lost track of the certification process and am no longer sure it's approved to produce anything at this time.

The recent meeting with the U.S. FDA did not result in a shorter pathway to commercialization - and we don't have the money for any further trials on our own.

Our only path forward is to hope that commercialization will result from Cdn gov't approval sometime in 2015, assuming they don't ask for more info in the meantime.

What have I left out - oh yeah, we've hired a new COO to help manage - what exactly?

Anyone bothering to go to T.O. in April and witness this sad debacle?

Somewhere right of grimmest. With their only asset, Urocidin, valued at nothing or less you should expect the worst case scenario as is always with this garbage. i think that the rot and decay in Bioniche is much deeper than any of us had thought. With Econiche, the VMC and now the Animal health sale all chalked up somewhere between a disaster and brutal disappointment, should anyone expect ...more

Are you two people the dumbest people on stockhouse? First of all, once they pay off their debts, BNC's burn rate will go down from 800,000 per month to 600,000 per month, so their costs will go from 10 million per year to 7.5 million per year. secondly, they have 10 million in the bank and will get 61 million. that is 71 million. They have 50 million in debts. that will leave them with 20 ...more

Wow SS, I'd sure like to believe your numbers and valuations, but right off your start of $1M for commissions and lawyers fees is way off reality. A $61M sale via a huge investment brokerage will cost at least 6% if not 10%. Add substantial legal fees and you'll be looking down the barrel of 15%. So recalculate your numbers based on a real receipt of around $50M after the dust settles. I ...more

Supserstar … You provide a good and thoughtful appraisal of things to come. There’s also the sale of the VMC that needs to be factored into your burn-rate and cash balance. Considering the facility costs $25-30 million to build (and this was on the cheap) the appraised value is likely much more (upwards of $40-50 million?). This isn’t just a pile of scrap metal as some would have you believe ...more

....while you've outlined all the benefits and positive scenarios for a good outcome, I've made 100% in Mason Graphite within 2 months, which isn't Biotech at all, while this stock continues to be a chitshow.   I suppose if I dump my profits from other tiny companies back into this beesh at a bargain basement price, I can't possibly lose.  Wow.  You should be their ...more

gosh I sure hope you hadn't wasted any money here at all when you can invest like you do in graphite.
