I heard a rumour (from several different sources) that there is someone formerly very close to the company, lobbying for a no vote with brokers. I assume to bring his own offer into the mix. They must not have submitted an offer (nor likely to - if he was successful, he would have had to provide a prospectus). Anyone hearing this same rumour? Timelines suggest that a new bid process is impossible or tenuous at best. No AH sale and July 1st we would basically be owned by Paladin / Endo.
