If your shares are held in a brokerage account
then that firm would advise the investor mail out guys
how many shares you own and the hired agent mails out
the document on SEDAR and a sheet with a unique control
number. If you have not got a package call your broker.

I do not completly understand (sorry). I hold shares with 2 brokers in europe, of which 1 says it is impossible to vote (because BNC is not euronext noted (thank g.. for that)) . Can i walk a differrent route to get these shares voted ? Thanks in advance for any help.

Email Jennifer with the name of the group saying no and consider moving your shares to the broker that didn't say no. Or holding your CDN shares with a CDN broker.

thanxs for the reply. I voted this morning after a swift response from broker "Interactive Brokers". The other one (Alex) will not provide the service. Although it is written at page 54 of their manual, i just became aware of this. My fault, lousy service. Since moving shares wont be effected before the 10th this vote is lost. Shares will however be moved. Thanks again for the info
