In Canada, the Company is completing a clinical assessment package that will be submitted to Health Canada in mid-May. This package will address clinical questions asked by, and additional information requested by, the Canadian regulator after the Company asked if Urocidin™ may qualify under Health Canada's Notice of Compliance with Conditions (NOC/c) policy.
This is a full Month before they said that they were going to get this done under Graeme's rule and make no mistake under Graeme's rule they would have missed it by 3-6 months.
This alone tells us that this management has got their act together. Well done!
The SP still sucks but I think this is mostly retail buyers moving on, the volume has been very low and Raging Bull's bashing doesn't hurt.
IMO if the new management continue to meet their targets the market will take notice and the SP will start to rise. Under Graeme's rule there was absolutely no credibility. I think it is starting to turn around. Hopefully I'm right.

Our new CEO is concentrating all guns on our 'One Trick Pony' as well he should. Keep your fingers crossed that Health Canada don't want more info ad infinitum! Great work Doctor!

Swne, is Bioniche cclose to a partnership yet?I sold the small amount I had after the last one fell apart but it looks pretty interesting under 20 cents, but they say very little that would make you open your wallet and invest something here and I already own too many companies under some sort of Fda communication blackout?
