False Claims of Pumping/Dumping/Scams

A fellow who uses multiple IDs made many posts on the BNC Bullboard claiming conspiracies by people in Northern Ontario and possible scams.  I told him that IIROC and the OSC would be delighted to investigate his claims for him.  Then he switched to calling posters on this board a scam.  Now these two IDs have disappeared and along comes BioChamp.  BioChamp uses the words "scam" and "pump and dump".  So let me update my previous post:

I was wrong.  IIROC does not investigate this stuff.  I Googled "stock price manipulation" and "Canada".  I learned that this is investigated by the RCMP's Integrated Markets Enforcement Team.  This can lead to Fraud Charges under the Criminal Code of Canada.  So Biochamp, if you are serious about your claims, I can get their phone number for you.  However, their data mining software may already have picked up your posts.

Ruby, I bought all those shares of that fellow,  I did so under multiple aliases.  Last I saw him he was whopping and hollering like a hyhena and running in circles.  I wish him well.
