Michael J. Berendt, Ph.D., 65, has served as a Director of the Company since March 1998. Dr. Berendt is the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Bioniche Lifesciences Inc., a position he assumed in November 2013. From July 2011 to November 2013, Dr. Berendt was a Life Sciences Consultant. From March 2006 to July 2011, Dr. Berendt served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Aegera Therapeutics Inc. From August 2004 to December 2005, Dr. Berendt served as Managing Director of Research Corporation Technologies. From November 2000 to August 2004, Dr. Berendt served as Managing Director of AEA Investors. Dr. Berendt also worked for 18 years, from 1982 to 2000, in the pharmaceutical industry where he served in a number of senior management positions including Senior Vice President of Research for the Pharmaceutical Division of Bayer Corporation, and a Group Director of Drug Discovery at Pfizer, Inc. Dr. Berendt has served as a director of Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Myriad Genetics, Inc., Catalyst Biosciences and Northstar Neuroscience.

Berendt a director of BNC since 1998?? I think you are mistaken.

Sorry that was probably talking about Water Corp..it was from forbes magazine..cut and paste. It was the rest I was interested in :)

Like I said it's nice to see someone with experience in charge now.. :) Advisors can't help if they aren't listened to..kind of like shareholders...

So, the "street" is always right? Your company is worth LESS now, with next to no debt, no more funding on trials, no more Animal Health, than when Endo gave the rights back? Wow.
