if you think this stock is a buy post now and explain why

first of all, i would like to ask raging bull to stop posting. i don't know why you post so often here. you call bnc "your company", does that mean you don't own any? if you don't why do you post so often, so much drivel?
second, i would like to call upon the informed shareholders here to post at least once a day if not twice a day, to express your thoughts and opinions on what is happening and what will happen.
I believe the news on Friday was revolutionary for this company. I believe the fact that BNC no longer has to do any trials is an absolute gamechanger for this company AND its shareholders. Urocidin was quoted by McRae as being a $800 million per year drug if approved. Now the name apparently has been changed and it is being referred to as MCNA and the corporate presentation says it has the potential tol be $200 million in the US and $200  million in the rest of the world.
I am not sure how much that will actually translate into...one would think around 65%, so lets say it is $135 million in the US and $135 in the rest of the world for a total of $270 million per year.
$270 million per year, if BNC can get a 20% royalty is worth $54 million per year in cash flow. at ten times ebitda BNC should be valued at $540 million.
when a partnership is agreed upon, one would think bnc will get $40 million up front and another $40 million when the drug is approved. That adds $80 million to the $540 million. With 160 million shares out that is 620 million /160 million = 3.87 in 18-24 months. That is a 1300% return, and the likelihood seems to me very high.
Can anyone explain why institutions aren't buying this with both fists?
can anyone explain what brain damaged retail investors are selling at .29 or for that matter .39?
near term catalysts include

1) sale of the vmc
2) nasdaq listing
3) mgmt spending more than zero time promoting their stock
4) likely partnership
5) possible  buyout
6) possible acquisition when the share price is higher, of another drug asset

i am frustrated by today's price so remind myself of the above and wonder if i haver more money in my couch to buy more shares. this may be the best buy of my life.
other people bullish on the stock please post, we need to have a group hug to get us through days like these on the markets.

can anybody explain why there has been zero press on this announcement other than a story on stockhouse? nothing in the globe and mail, nothing in the financial post, nothing on bnn.

this company doesnt have anybody whose job it is to be responsible for the share price and finding buyers everyday. that  is a big mistake by mgmt as the ultimate terms of a buyout or partnership will depend on the strength of the stock as an indicator of interest in the company and its products.

one more point and one question for those of you who may know the answer... this company was very cheap last week at .16. the only phase 3 company in north america with a market cap below 75 million, and the market cap was 22 million. now with the news on Friday, I would argue that it is much much cheaper than it was last week before the news...and a much much better buy...that news propelled bnc ...more

It is a   GREAT BUY ! 1 We have SMART, INTELLIGENT and I feel HONEST  new   management NOW. 2 A board that respects their fiduciary duty and doesn't rubber stamp the CEO's wants. 3 A BURN RATE that we should have had years ago.   4 OH YAA a product that is second to none and the people that KNOW how to bring it to mkt. 5 I've been here 10 yrs. and ...more
