Blartar, there are many recent examples of Canadian biotechs doing nothing to promote themselves and heavily diluting to insiders and friendly brokers. Blartar, I don't know anything more than you. I am simply speculating on a pattern that seems to repeat itself in Canadian biotech. Enough concrete news that should generate a run in the SP, but has little to no apparent effect.
