James Rae, Lyne Fortin, Michael Berendt have all acquired shares on the open market and have not sold any of them. Although not a board member Donald Olds acquired shares on the open market and has not sold any of them as either. Greg Gubitz bought some shares, but sold most of them. As far as I know, we have no way of knowing how many shares his partner / friend Bill Wells owns, as he is not deemed an insider. My guess would be more than the 6.5mm shares he owned 12 months ago, but who knows.

Gubs or anyone else that doesn't have faith in this company will Not get my vote either. I likely have more than most - almost 7 figures now. They need to prove they have faith and that they are not here just for the salary and for the free options. They need to be enticed to make decisions and work hard to protect their personal investments and to make their money grow, which off course will

why does he want to be on OUR  B of D ?   if he has no faith in the company ? some OTHER alterior motive. how much can he really care about what happens to OUR MONEY. JMHO

that is what I think as well - him and his partner have another plan that is not aligned with ours or with the rest of management.. Time alone will tell the tale.

if glibnutz  still  has his grub stake in  our salt mine then what better sign is there? He is not going to stay invested in a loser.   As for him on the BoD-  eff him off.

Would very interesting if Valeant became a suitor for our little company. There a a lot of connections on our board with both valeant and paladin labs. I expect a buyout or hostile bid may happen from one of those two. Both have tons of cash both have a history of buying up
