Beech Filing in April is making the final turn. Getting a thumbs up  from the FDA within 90 days of the filing is crossing the finish  line a winner. But it is more apt to be Q1 2016 before we get our long awaited yes. He seems to think that you have a habit of misleading as well.Why don't you offer some opinion on the catalysts for TST rather than continuously but subtly suggesting that the long shot success of TST is miles away and somehow there will be no catalyst or no share price appreciation until the FDA decision is rendered

Tea, your original post did sound like the filing would be at the end of 2015 rather than the company published date (Dec 1st communication) "prior to March 2015". True, we don't know if the FDA decision will come in 90 days or by the end of 2015.
