Future Value SP?

Based on 212M shares outstanding with a minimum 50% profit margin(low) on $400M sales TST looking at $11.32/sp (12x multiple). Whomever was posting $12/sp was pretty darn close. This dog will be sold off by end of 2015.............its been a long hard road. The question is how much can the good Dr fetch? hang on long timers and add if you can add. GL

I'm hoping they do another round of financing and can hold buyouts at bay until after FDA approval. Even if dilution drops SP to below $.10/share the negotiating leverage they would have with FDA approval will bring *much* more value for share holders in a buyout deal.

Without FDA approval and without funds to sustain them until FDA approval, Telesta has very little leverage in negotiaitions. If a buyout happened today, I'd be surprised to see much more than $1-$2.

With ~$600M in debt, it's not that surprising that there weren't any other offers.

$600 Million? Since that is not true, can you tell us where you hope to buy shares at?
Comment by loveshackdave on Feb 13, 2015 3:52pm
Dude, read the thread. I was referring to Dendreon.

Apologies loveshackdave, didn't see nor think that you would be talking about a different stock. Have a good weekend.

$600 million debt is loveShack's debt at the bathhouse.  He's a randy guy.
