Patnering/Buyout

I personally feel that Telesta would be much better off if they partner or sell the company to a big Pharma prior to FDA approval.  Just because I am leery that Corporate America, big Pharma, FDA, etc. are all in bed together and that everything is so corporate corrupt that the small company like Telesta will be left to die with no approval forthtcoming if they attempt to go it alone with this FDA submission.   If the big boys are involved, then FDA approval is much more likely in my opinion. Unfortunately, corporations and big business seem to be ruining the world with their unlimited greed.   You can no longer compete against them, so might as well join them on this one.

Approvals for small companies happen all the time. Getting MCNA to market alone or with a partnership will provide much more shareholder value in the long run than a buyout. Especially if future studies show MCNA is effective with other cancers.

That's encouraging.  And I certainly agree that a partnership would be much better than a buyout for us current stock holders in the long run.  I have a strong feeling that the new management is only here for the express purpose of unloading this company and cashing it out in the somewhat near term however.  The old management that wanted to successfully attempt to keep running ...more
