Rfacts, do you have a link to the report. 1.25 seems super conservative. But it could serve as a framework for a buyout especially if it is reputable coverage which It looks like it is based on a simple Google search.

As a 12 month estimate, it's not that conservative. Telesta probably won't have FDA approval by then.

Are there any? Can. You even short this stock of you wanted to? Even if you could, it moves way to slowly to be attractive to shorts IMO. It would be largely ignored.

Damn that would really suck if the selling price was $1.25 per share. This company is worth so much more than that. If that's the case, it would indicate to me that management just wanted out and all that talk about maximizing shareholder value was just bullshit.

Burying your 104 year uncle that nobody has visited since 1979 sucks too. Management can't get out fast enough Shack. Berendt makes a few mil at $1.25 and Olds pockets a 3rd. That ain't bad for laying off 125 people you have never met and phoning some friends to say some nice things about your new venture. Everybody wins, and now it looks legit, so let's get it done!
