Telesta's press release really only needed 3 points....
...Expressed with CONVICTION and LEADERSHIP as follows: 1) Today, Telesta "reconfirmed" the Company is "on target" for submission of a Biologics License Application (BLA) to the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the marketing approval of MCNA by June 30th 2) The Company also stated The Journal of Urology recently published the Comprehensive Phase 3 Clinical Trial Results of MCNA in their April, 2015 issue. This was as previously reported in October 2014 as the target date for publication. Telesta is very encouraged this publication of MCNA Clinical Trial Results will foremost heighten awareness of the potential benefits of MCNA to Urologists worldwide. And, secondary, provide additional background, credibility and awareness of MCNA Trial Results for potential investors. 3) The Company also reported that there continues to be significant 3rd party interest in the MCNA program and that it is seriously evaluating partnering opportunities and actively negotiating multiple non-binding expressions of interest. THEN, I would not see this EXTREMELY LIMP News Release Heading on Stockwatch for the next "who-knows how many" mornings... Telesta continues MCNA application work, negotiations

RGonly facts, The IR effort, to quote a medical term is "minimally evasive". whether by design or default, whatever the effort is, there really is no impact on the status quo.
