ENDO will own MCNA
Just a hunch of course and I have no idea what, if anything, they plan to pay for it. But my money says they own it in a short-medium term horizon.
Oh and it will all be a coincidence and we can move on with our lives.

Frogger, there is also the possibility that an unwritten understanding has been in place for several months between the two companies. Sort of a " hey if you do this, this and this we'll invoke the Manifest Destiny clause" and Bob's your uncle. Somebody has got their boot on the throat of the SP for a reason. Perhaps that is it?

Endo sucks bud. But they do have money. Funny how that works...

I cannot argue that statement. Not sure what the plan is but let's hope the wheels start to turn soon. My understanding is that the first major value inflection point is the BLA submission. Let's see what they do to turn that into something sustantial in regard to awareness, sp increase and sustained interest. My information came from the presentations on their website.

Endo dropped the ball with TST not too long ago and cost shareholders plenty. share holders and management would be fools to think anything will change this time around. if Endo wanted to buy TST outright, that is a different can of worms, a partnership is out of the question IMO.

Again, I cannot disagree Yank. I don't know what they would tell people that has not already been said. They have had partner meetings, Journal publication, Analysts have come on board, FDA support and guidance, independent market analysis, Urology and oncology field support. I think we are at the point that everyone needs to see something shinny and real.

I suppose something real would work. And despite what they would tell you another financing isn't what I have in mind. Something tangible, something credible and something concrete to validate the MCNA platform is what they need. To date very little has been provided to do this.

At this rate the BLA submission may ignite a fizzle pop to 80 cents and a $1 buyout offer from a company sarting with an E and ending in O. I do not believe that they, being the company management and IR, have the necessary horsepower to really drive the SP if and when that happens. Nothing I have seen would indicate otherwise. Its just not there.

Agreed, but Endo also had full control of Urocidin, a horrible mistake. If they go into partnership again I firmly believe that that will never happen. I think it's a cash for distribution and percent of revenue deal. Telesta has manufacturing and keeps all rights to future MCNA applications. I think ENDO already have a 5% deal for the mess they caused.
