TELESTA THERAPEUTICS INC > ENDO will own MCNA

ENDO will own MCNA

Just a hunch of course and I have no idea what, if anything, they plan to pay for it. But my money says they own it in a short-medium  term horizon.

Oh and it will all be a coincidence and we can move on with our lives.

That's very possible Yank. If rumors were to surface around Endo being in the hunt for this company or a partnership I think we would see a lot of speculators jump in and push the SP huge. I say this because everyone knows of the history between the two companies and that Endo knows MCNA better than anyone other than Telesta. I don't see Berendt (shareholders)getting screwed on whatever ...more

Frogger, there is also the possibility that an unwritten understanding  has been in place for several months between the two companies. Sort of a " hey if you do this, this and this we'll invoke the Manifest Destiny clause" and Bob's your uncle. Somebody has got their boot on the throat of the SP for a reason. Perhaps that is it?

Endo sucks bud.   But they do have money.   Funny how that works...
Comment by Frogger2 on May 08, 2015 12:11pm
I guess that's possible, we really don't have a clear idea of what way they are going to go. It seems like the SP is being held in a narrow range, I can't see that being a company initiative. We need volume on the buy side and we dont have enough interest to do that. We need some tangible news like "we have narrowed our consideration down to two partners and will release our ...more

frogger, I know that you don't like to hear this but if the communication effort is in fact genuine it has been a genuine disaster in every sense of the term. Nothing they have done or are doing is having any effect. At 30 cents institutions and real money sees failure and uncertainty all over the share price. It is a very sad state of affairs for people who have invested here with the belief ...more

I cannot argue that statement. Not sure what the plan is but let's hope the wheels start to turn soon. My understanding is that the first major value inflection point is the BLA submission. Let's see what they do to turn that into something sustantial in regard to awareness, sp increase and sustained interest. My information came from the presentations on their website.

Endo dropped the ball with TST not too long ago and cost shareholders plenty. share holders and management would be fools to think anything will change this time around. if Endo wanted to buy TST outright, that is a different can of worms, a partnership is out of the question IMO.

I can appreciate that the company is inward facing, given the task at hand with BLA preparation but they have external IR and they have analyst coverage. To allow the share price to essentially decompose as the company nears BLA submission is inexcusable. My understanding is that this company has destroyed investors wealth and laid waste to dozens of careers over the years with horrible management ...more

Again, I cannot disagree Yank. I don't know what they would tell people that has not already been said. They have had partner meetings, Journal publication, Analysts have come on board, FDA support and guidance, independent market analysis, Urology and oncology field support. I think we are at the point that everyone needs to see something shinny and real.
Comment by DamnYankees on May 08, 2015 2:38pm
I suppose something real would work. And despite what they would tell you another financing isn't what I have in mind. Something tangible, something credible and something concrete to validate the MCNA platform is what they need. To date very little has been provided to do this.

So maybe they bundle all of those positives in a PR campaign at the time BLA submission. I don't know what the answer is but there has to be something coming. I expected like many others to be in $1.00 plus range at this time, we are 4 plus months into 2015 and frustrated. There isn't much we can do as investors other that wait. They have already indicated more than once that no further ...more

At this rate the BLA submission may ignite a fizzle pop to 80 cents and a $1 buyout offer from a company sarting with an E and ending in O. I do not believe that they, being the company management and IR, have the necessary horsepower to really drive the SP if and when that happens. Nothing I have seen would indicate otherwise. Its just not there.

Agreed, but Endo also had full control of Urocidin, a horrible mistake. If they go into partnership again I firmly believe that that will never happen. I think it's a cash for distribution and percent of revenue deal. Telesta has manufacturing and keeps all rights to future MCNA applications. I think ENDO already have a 5% deal for the mess they caused.
